Yard signs, Multiple Listing Services, Open Houses, Print Advertising all good passive means to expose a property. But now, if you want to be successful, you much subscribe to active, aggressive marketing as well. We mail a minimum of 250 post cards to a radius of a new listing notifying the neighborhood. Sometimes a neighbor can be the best source for a buyer of the property. We canvas the neighborhood with door knocking and flyer distribution to make sure that everyone knows that the home is for sale and what features it has. We rely heavily on internet sites to expose our property to the public. We pay to have our properties show up on sites such as Realtor.com and Homeseekers.com. We invite Brokers from our area and outside our area for special showings.
